At Mosaic, we believe that every person deserves a chance to succeed, regardless of their background or technical expertise. We are on a mission to empower and equip non-technical, marginalized and BIPOC women with the skills and resources needed to create and scale thriving, tech-enabled businesses that drive economic growth and social impact. We know that entrepreneurship can be a difficult and daunting journey, but we are here to support and guide you every step of the way!

Our programs are designed to develop the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to build successful and sustainable tech-enabled businesses. We provide a range of resources and support, including personalized coaching and mentorship, no-code and low-code tech solutions, online classes, networking, and funding opportunities.

Through our programs, we aim to create a community of innovative, inclusive, and socially responsible entrepreneurs who are driven to create positive change in their communities and beyond. Our goal is to empower our community to turn their ideas into reality, and to make a meaningful impact on the world. We are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and to providing opportunities for underrepresented entrepreneurs to succeed.

Rochelle is an Afro-Latin, trilingual, serial entrepreneur, and digital strategist with over 30 years of experience in business, marketing, finance, tech, and education. She has worked with several women’s organizations, been nominated as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women, awarded Vancouver’s Top Forty Under 40, and named one of Vancouver's Top 10 Women in Technology.

Zahra specializes in helping start-ups and entrepreneurs by offering strategic planning, financial planning, and fractional CFO services.
