Fall 2026 · applications open now

Two cohorts. Sixteen seats.
Ten weeks that move your numbers.

We read applications as they arrive rather than all at once, so seats fill as they fill. There is no countdown on this page and there never will be.

Founders anywhere in the world are welcome. You do not need to live in Canada, and Mosaic does not require permanent residency or citizenship. Sessions run 12 to 2 PM Pacific Time, on Zoom. Fridays for the first four weeks, then Tuesdays or Fridays.

We never ask you to prove who you are. Mosaic is centred on intersectional women, transgender, and non-binary individuals. How you describe yourself is yours to write, and it is optional.

Start your application About twenty minutes. It opens with the same five questions as the fit check below, and you can save and come back.
Ten weeks, published in the open

Here is exactly what we do, week by week.

Most accelerators keep the curriculum behind the application. We publish ours, because you deserve to know what you are buying before you buy it – and because a founder who reads this and decides to do it themselves has still been served.

Weeks 1 to 4 – everyone in the same room

Both cohorts, Fridays at midday Pacific · October 16, 23, 30 and November 6.

WEEK 1
The Opening Circle

Ceremony before software. You design the daily practice that will carry you, and name who you are building for.

WEEK 2
Your Business, in Twelve Files

The twelve foundation files that teach an AI your business. You leave knowing which ones never leave your machine.

WEEK 3
The Chef and The Cookbook

What is actually going on inside these machines, explained through a chef, a counter and a family cookbook.

WEEK 4
Your Own AI, Running

Hands on the keyboard. You leave with an AI running that answers real questions about your own documents.

Weeks 5 to 10 – Cohort A, Tuesdays

From idea to first dollar. Tuesdays · November 10, 17, 24 and December 1, 8, 15.

WEEK 5
Beyond Your Circle

Research the market with AI, then find out where it is wrong. Two conversations with people beyond your circle.

WEEK 6
Say the Number Out Loud

Walk backwards from your first dollar, find the missing step, price the offer, and practice saying the number.

WEEK 7
Build, Buy, or Leave It Alone

Five kinds of software, and which of your problems deserves any of them. If it works manually, then upgrade.

WEEK 8
The First System

Build the one system that gives back the most hours, with your judgment designed in from the first line.

WEEK 9
The Rejection Dojo

Outreach that earns a meeting instead of asking for one. Then the tenth no, and the circle toasts it.

WEEK 10
The First Dollar on the Wall

The Hours Ledger read aloud, the choice of a seat in the co-operative, and a letter for the founder who comes next.

Weeks 5 to 10 – Cohort B, Fridays

Unstick the engine. Fridays · November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 11, 18.

WEEK 5
Where Is Your Constraint?

Eight places a business gets stuck, and only one is yours. Two instruments start now: your hours, and your margins.

WEEK 6
Read the Instruments

The data comes back and we read it together. You choose one constraint for the remaining six weeks. One.

WEEK 7
Build, Buy, or Leave It Alone

Five kinds of software, aimed at the constraint you named. Buy it, build it, or leave it well alone.

WEEK 8
The Hour-Sink System

Build the system that takes back the work the instruments named, and name three things you will stop doing.

WEEK 9
Reprice, and Defend It

A new price built on margin data, and the customer conversation rehearsed before it happens for real.

WEEK 10
The Ledger and the Next Ninety Days

Hours returned, read aloud. The choice of a seat in the co-operative, and a ninety-day plan for the next constraint.

Every week carries a ritual from Be Ceremonial and daily practices with Akin, reGEN Impact Media’s Indigenous-built AI guide. The rhythm matters as much as the material.

Before you apply

Is this you? Five questions, answered for your benefit.

Nothing here is stored and nothing is scored against you. It exists so you can find out whether Mosaic is right for you before you spend an hour on an application – and so we can point you somewhere better if it isn’t.

What it costs

Three ways in. All priced so the circle gets paid properly.

Our Aunties, Uncles, Cousins and Madrinas are paid for their time. That is why hours cost what they cost, and we would rather show you the arithmetic than hide it.

Open Track

$600
or 3 × $210

Everything that scales: the full curriculum, the Akin AI guide, Be Ceremonial rituals, community, tools and recordings. Open group sessions, no cap on numbers.

No cohort seat. No hours included. Add hours whenever you want them.

MOST TAKE THIS

Cohort Core

$1,950
or 3 × $680

A seat in a cohort of seven or eight, weekly for ten weeks, plus everything in Open Track.

6 hours with the Village – spendable across the whole Village.

Choose Cohort Core

Cohort Deep

$3,200
or 3 × $1,120

The same seat, with far more time one to one. Built for founders already in market who know exactly where they are stuck.

16 hours with the Village.

Choose Cohort Deep

More hours, whenever you want them

A single hour$175
Five hours$700
Ten hours$1,300

Blocks cost less per hour because committing helps us plan our Aunties’ time.

Two community-supported places, every cohort

Half price – $975 for a full cohort seat. Funded from what the program earns.

Reduced, never free. We have watched free places go unused too many times: paying something is part of how you show up. Ask in the same application – no separate form, no proof of hardship, and it changes nothing about how we read your answers.

See every price →

The costs page carries the rest of it – what happens if you leave early, moving up mid-cohort, Our Gathering, and the alumni membership tiers that start at $150 a month once your ten weeks are done.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include tax. GST or HST is added at checkout where it applies.

And afterwards

Graduating from Mosaic means joining it, not leaving it.

Ten weeks

Your cohort, your hours, your numbers moving.

Founder Member

You can become a member-owner of the co-operative. One member, one vote.

The Village stays

Alumni membership runs $150 to $350 a month, with Auntie hours in every tier.

Community capital

In time, the La Sociedad Fund can finance the business it helped you build.
